Happiness is Not a Destination

Practice gratitude to find happiness like this woman throwing wide her arms in a winter park

“I just want a better car!”
“I just want to get to Hawaii once!”
“I just…”

All those things are nice, but if you don’t feel grateful for what you have, do you really think you will be happy with more?

If you are dissatisfied with what you have, maybe it is really about WHO you are, not about what you lack. Remember we attract WHO we are, not what we want.

The good news is that you can change you! Focus on your present abundance! Write it down so you remember your abundance! The world needs the special gifts that ONLY you have.  But, you don’t see these gifts when you are focused on wanting more or not having enough.

Remember, like Denis Waitley tells us:

“Happiness cannot be traveled to, owned, earned, worn or consumed. Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with grace and gratitude.”

Your spirit is waiting, and so are your family, your friends and your life!
