Gratitude Gets Its Own Day

For Thanksgiving Gratitude, focus on what you have, like this beautiful sunrise

Thanksgiving is the day that gives gratitude a good name.

What you focus on gets bigger and bolder….so why not focus on what you have instead of what you still want? When you focus on gratitude your brain does not have enough room for fear, angst or frustration.

You become what you focus on!! Why not focus on abundance!?

Here are a few of my favorite gratitude quotes….hope they inspire you to start a gratitude practice!

This is a wonderful day. I’ve never seen this before.
—Maya Angelou

Be thankful for what you have; you’ll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don’t have, you will never, ever, have enough!

Blessed are they who see beautiful things in humble places where other people see nothing.
—Camille Pissarro

It is the sweet, simple things of life which are the real one after all.
—Laura Ingalls Wilder

I am grateful for each of you!

Chere Bork is grateful for her abundant family

From my family to yours…wishing you an abundant holiday season filled with doing what makes your heart sing with the people you cherish and love most!
