Worrying is an excuse to stay stuck
Ahhhhh, what a glorious summer, full of time outdoors with the people we cherish. Wondering what our “new-normal” Covid-fall will bring as we have to move inside? Here’s a little gem for you: Have you heard the saying, “Worry and you get what you worry about?” It is really that simple?
What is worry? We have a situation and we are scared that it will not work out in our favor. We are afraid we may make the wrong decision and look bad or fail or lose money or relationships.
Worry stops action and, as long as we worry, we don’t have to work on a plan to correct it or to feel like we are in charge of it.
Action — no matter what — will move you forward.
Worry will hold you back and keep you stuck.
Trust that you have the resources and creativity to move forward. Worry is the creative use of your imagination. Use that creativity instead to help yourself and the people you cherish most to create abundance, productivity, and fun this fall and winter!
E. Joseph Cossman reminds us:
“If you want to test your memory, try to recall what you were worrying about one year ago today.”
Are you worrying about something?
Let me help you like I helped Regina.
Regina Ragone, MS RD CDN
Regina writes, “Having a plan is what eliminated my worry, but not just any plan. Coaching with Chere enabled me to find my true passion and build a plan of action around achieving that. In order to feel motivated I needed to feel inspired and supported, and thanks to Chere I did.
This Friday September 25, 2020 at 6:30 pm CST 7:30 pm EST I’ll be living out my passion with a virtual cooking party I’d love you to join.”
How can I help you today dump your worries and create a plan of action and feel happier again?
In October I am celebrating FNCE and RDNS and I am offering $100 off your first month of coaching! I cannot wait to support, cherish and strategize with you.
