Amanda Sauceda’s Banana Raspberry Chia Pudding

Banana Raspberry Chia Pudding, Quick Breakfast

This month I want to highlight Amanda Sauceda, MS RD CLT the owner of She inspires and helps people with food sensitivities to  stop spending time in the bathroom and start living again.

Today I’m sharing Amanda Sauceda Banana Raspberry Chia Pudding. She loves this recipe because she is not a huge breakfast fan and needs “quick” in the morning so chia pudding is one of her favorites. She always has old bananas that need to be used up so this recipe checks the box for both of these things!

Who is Amanda?

Amanda Sauceda, Food Allergy and Sensitivity Dietitian

Amanda is a RD and CLT (Certified Leap Therapist) in Southern California. She focuses on gut health and helping women uncover food sensitivities. A fun fact about Amanda is that she loves pizza! She has a running list of places that are her favorites and places that she wants to try. Her number 1 pizza place used to be a luggage room in the golden days of Hollywood and has a fermented sourdough crust that is to die for.

How do you savor and enjoy your life?

I try to savor and enjoy life by taking the time to do the things I want to do and not should do. It is easy to get caught up in the “should” that we forget about doing things simply because it’s fun and we want to.

Rusty the Dog
Rusty is her energy reset. His favorite hobby is walks in the park and trying to pee on every tree.

What did you have to let go of or accomplish to get you to where you are today?

To get where I am today I had to let go of the traditional idea of “work.” I remember sitting in my car at school during my undergrad wishing that when I graduated I still had a schedule like a student where it could be the middle of the day and I am relaxing enjoying the sunshine.

What is your theme for the year and why?

My theme this year is inspired intention. To me this means taking the time to reflect, gather inspiration and then taking consistent action on those ideas.

What is your advice for someone who wants to get into this field?

For anyone that wants to get in the field just jump in and do it. Connect with as many people as you can. Take notes, ask questions, learn from them and  you will grow.
