    I wonder if today you are listening to your liver or to your friends when you eat?
    Hunger is a physiological drive to find and eat food. It is influenced by your liver, adipose tissue, liver and your hormones.

    Your appetite is influenced by the time of day, your social situations and friends, the clean plate club and amount of food on your plate. If you listen to your liver you will probably love your weight as you are mindfully paying attention to your hunger levels. If you you listen to your friends and social situations you most likely you do not love your food choices and probably not your weight either. (not always the case!) Call to Action: When you eat…ask yourself Am I hungry? Rate yourself on a scale from 1 not hungry to 10 – starting.
    Try to eat between a 3 and 7 so you don’t get starving and eat the “house down.”
    Bottom line. Listen to your liver and you will love your life! Cheers!! Chere
