What is your favorite thing to do at night? Come home, sit down, relax and turn on the TV and snack. Eat. Eat. Eat. The more TV you watch the more your weight goes up and it doesn’t matter if you are 5, 25 or 55. TV is a triple threat – it can cause you to eat; to eat and not pay attention to how much you eat; and cause you to eat for too long. Your stomach does not know how to count. The more TV you watch the more you forget how much you have eaten. 

Action: Eat after your TV show is over. Dish out a portion of your favorite healthy snack in a small bowl. Eating from a package or bag? ….. You know what they say, “What you eat today walks and talks tomorrow!” Do you want a larger YOU walking around tomorrow?
