Ingredients

cup
sugar
tsp
¼salt
1
can evaporated milk
5.3 oz
2
squares unsweetened chocolate
2 oz
2
Tbsp. butter
1
tsp
vanilla
Instructions
In a 2 quart covered casserole, stir together the sugar, salt, and milk until blended.
Microwave on High for 5 to 6 minutes, until boiling hard. Stir every 2 minutes.
Into boiling mixture stir in chocolate until completely melted.
Stir in butter and vanilla.
Serve immediately. Warm up in the microwave if there is any left!
