Blackberries with Sweet Almond Cashew Cream

Instructions
  1. Place cashews in a medium bowl, cover with hot water and soak for 30 minutes.
  2. Drain cashews. Add cashews to a food processor along with the rest of the ingredients, except berries. Blend together until smooth.
  3. Serve berries with cream.
  4. Store cream in a jar in the refrigerator up to 3-4 days.
