Quick Banana Raspberry Chia Pudding

- 1 banana
- 3 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp ground flax
- 1 Tsp honey
- 3/4 cup almond milk or milk of your choosing

Instructions
- Mash banana in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl. Stir well; making sure the banana is blended in. Place the pudding in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight. Garnish with raspberries or blueberries or your favorite fruit!
