Everyone in my house loves strata with the savory combination of our favorite foods like eggs, milk and cheese. Yet we only seem to have time to prepare it for Sunday brunch. These high protein mini stratas only have to soak ten minutes rather than over night for a satisfying breakfast any day of the week. Make a batch on Sunday and enjoy for the rest of the week. They freeze and reheat really well. I love preparing them ahead of time for company and serving with fresh fruit and a glass of chocolate milk.This recipe would absolutely perfect for any meal on the run. Just pair with a glass of milk and some fruit and you are good to go!
