Dairy Makes Sense
How lucky are we…June is Dairy Month! Finally I can celebrate and eat all the cheese I want! I would put cheese as one of my top five foods. I eat it every day!




Cheese is great bang for your buck! An ounce of cheese contains 8 grams of protein per 1 ounce serving. It provides high quality protein, that as part of a diet higher in protein can curb hunger. To save money, we buy our cheese in block form and shred it ourselves . The best part of shredding cheese? Feeling no guilt snacking on it while you are trying to cook your meal!
