Daily Dairy Does Make Sense
As I continue to celebrate June Dairy month I have to share my third favorite dairy food (after chocolate milk and Havarti cheese) that I eat five days a week or more…cottage cheese.
I enjoy it savory with a sprinkle of my favorite spice such as Penzey’s Fox Point Seasoning or sweet paired with fresh pineapple or strawberries. I enjoy it as a quick breakfast, a snack or a side for my evening meal. I really do eat it all the time!

There are many brands of cottage cheese. Which cottage cheese do you enjoy most?
