Fuzzy weight goals = fuzzy results…when it comes to what you want to weigh

My client today coaching on weight loss

Height: Never have been tall enough

Current weight: Way too much

Highest adult weight: Oh gosh hate to even say it

Lowest adult weight: Wish I was there

Weight you desire: At least somewhere between the highest and the lowest  

Want to lose weight? Ask yourself who do you want to be? Confident?

Calm? At peace? Paint the vision of who you want and want to really really be and focus on your clothes o meter  a piece of clothing in your closet that you will fit into after you create some nutrition, fitness and stress goals.
