5 Tips to Have More Time

1. Plan your day, every day, the evening before. (I plan three little things). Failure to plan is a plan to fail. Simple but true.
2. Delegate. Ask your 2 close friends and 2 family members what you could delegate.
3. Quit multitasking! Why? You never feel done! You never feel like you reached your finish line. You never notice when one is done, because another task is still in progress. Pick ONE activity to SINGLE TASK every day.
4. Use a full month at a glance calendar. Integrate your professional, personal and appointments all in once place. This helps you anticipate appointments and events and gives you the context and relationship of what else is going on in your life.
5. Limit the amount of time you spend on any task. Decide how much time the chore or task will take, use this time and stop!
