1. Expect the best.
Before you jump out bed think about how you want your day to magnificently unfold.
2. Focus on “wants” versus “should.”
Focus on what you get to do not what you should do. Obligations and duties = guilt.
3. Practice gratitude.
Take 10 minutes 5 in the morning and 5 in the evening and identify what you are thankful for.
4. Thank someone.
Be a day maker. Write a thank you note or call someone just “cause.”
5. Get outside.
Get away from noise, wires, cell phones, computer screens and see the beauty around you.
