Five ways to lose weight that don’t involve food

What are you tolerating? What’s bugging you or draining your energy?  If you are like most of my clients, family and friends perhaps you are “putting up” with more weight than you know what to do with. Wouldn’t it be wonderful to lose weight without even thinking of food or going on a diet. Here are some ideas to  get you ready for the upcoming bathing suit season. Take the word DIET out of your vocabulary and focus on your environment. Remember, every day is a not a diet, but a new weigh of life.
