15 Ideas to Deliver a Memorable Presentation

  1. Grab your audience in the first two or three minutes with a compelling question, interesting fact of funny story.  I like stories the best.

  6. The night before your talk review your presentation in your bed. Magically you will dream about your words and the become part of you. Try this it works.
  7. Have your notes handy on the platform, but don’t use them unless you get stage struck.
  8. Practice in front of a mirror. Notice not only your words but also your face and smile more than you think you need to.

  10. The more you practice out loud the more you will remember.  Really practice the beginning and the ending the most.
  11. Run through the power point the evening before your talk at least three times out loud.
