- Celebrate Nutrition Month and try one new food. (Does a new chocolate candy count?)
- Go to a green house or indoor park and smell spring.
- Buy yourself a bunch of tulips. Every day at the same time look at them. What do you see?
- Set your oven timer for only one hour and see how much spring cleaning you get done in your home or office.
