  2. Fall is the perfect time to get outside and move! Studies have shown that physical activity delays the onset of disability by more than 12 years. Wouldn’t you want to be 12 years younger and increase your productivity at the same time? Sounds irresistible to me!
  3. Have food ready to go. Purchase two pounds of ground turkey. Cook on low and brown. When browned rinse for 3 minutes in hot water. Package in one pound packges in your freezer. Ready for spaghetti, sloppy joes…anything you would use ground beef for.
  4. If you do a holiday photo greeting card, this is the month to find the perfect family photo.
  5. Create a file folder and list of names for all the people you wish to buy holiday gifts for.
