5 Tips for Strong Relationships
1. Focus on what is right not wrong. Give compliments and kudos for the everyday small stuff.
2. Give what they need instead of you think they need. Don’t know? Ask what would make you feel most appreciated and loved today?
3. Focus on what is strong instead of what is wrong. Focus on strengths instead of weaknesses and you will grow my strengths.
4. Listen 80% of the time and speak 20% of the time. And listen without judgment and with respectful understanding.
5. Limit BMW (bitch, moan and whine) time and focus on what is best about them and their day.
(I ask Gary this every single night at dinner and his answer is the same….always about one of his work outs!)
