Purpose

Every thought, emotion and action has an energy consequence, better or worse. The ultimate measurement of a successful life is not how much time we spend on this planet but rather how do we invest in our energy with the time that we have.
Happiness
is liking who you are, what you do and how you do it
Health
health is hope and hope is everything!

if you have all of this you have the all elusive balance defined your way.
