Say Cheese Please for National Cheese Day!

I have to admit cheese is my favorite food. I eat it every single day. Guess that’s what happens to Wisconsin cheeseheads! I adore Havarti with Dill the best paired with Simply Snackin’ Northwoods Beef Snack with Cranberries and Blueberries. Jerky.

My favorite cheese is cottage cheese because I can enjoy about 13 grams of protein for only 1/2 cup serving, plus it goes on just about anything. My latest obsession is this Cottage Cheese and Guacamole Quinoa Snack Cakes recipe. It’s creamy, crunchy, spicy, and super quick and easy. @LaurenPincusRD

I always enjoy making this Pesto Parmesan Spaghetti Squash recipe. The Parmesan adds delicious flavor, as well as protein. @amygorin

I love cheese! My husband and I have a ‘wine and cheese party’ for ourselves about once a month. It’s usually a weeknight evening – very relaxing and easy – we slice a variety of sharp cheeses, apples or pears, and grapes. And pour a glass of wine. This takes the place of dinner that night. Our son will enjoy with us – he’s very fond of Chèvre. @rustnutrition

I’m Italian so I only use good Parmesan and Romano cheese. We never eat pasta without it.

I also love Fontinella – a sharp Italian cheese that we enjoy sliced. It’s delicious with Chardonnay and fresh Italian bread. @rustnutrition

My Cheesy Pasta is my fav cheese recipe.

We would love to hear your favorite ways to eat cheese besides chunking it and gobbling it up like me!
