Helped a friend read a cereal label for their healthy breakfast today! Goal: Sugars should not exceed 25% of the total calories. Calculate the sugar percentage in servings by multiplying grams of sugar by 4 (sugar has 4 calories per gram), then divide by total calories and multiply by 100. Too much work?  Eat oatmeal [...]
