Ask And it is Given

The Universe is giving you what you ask for – so ASK for what you want.

You get what you think about…whether you want it or not. By the power of the Law of Attraction, you draw to you whatever you are predominantly thinking about. So if you are thinking about things you desire, your life will reflect that. On the other hand, if you’re constantly thinking about what you don’t want, your life experience will reflect that too.

She always goes the extra mile!

I realized I spent $126.00 on some things I really didn’t need but could not return. I hopped in the car and on the way to driving to Target to pick up my prescription I told myself, “Chere you have to attract one hundred dollars.” Wait until you hear what happened! Fabulous Emily, the Pharmacy Manager at the Chanhassen Target, who works a million hours a week was there ready to wait on me again. She had filled my prescription and I asked, “Do they ever have coupons for meds?” She said just a moment I will check. I could feel the line of people’s eyes drilling holes in my back with disgust that they would have to wait longer. It took Emily quite a while. While she was working on it I hollered, “I want a hundred dollar coupon!” She smiled and nodded and continued to work. Finally to the relief of the line behind me she was done. She announced, “I found you not only a hundred dollar coupon but two more hundred coupons for the next two months.” Sweet! (My prescription costs a ridiculous $162.00 a month). Of course I would attract a hundred dollar coupon. You get what you envision! You get what you ask for too!

So two lessons to learn this month:

LESSON ONE – Ask! Ask! Ask! When I go to the post office or my doctor’s office they say, “Can I help you with anything else?” I say I would like some chocolate and out comes a chocolate bar! I have also successfully returned things without a receipt because I asked.

My adventure filled friend Jessica Lyman and her husband Tom who are traveling around the world until they tire of it are renting a place in Fiji for three months. Jess realized there was no oven in her rental and as she follows a very special diet she would really be lost without an oven. She asked and the owner purchased an oven for her. Remember without asking you will never receive!

In the world of life coaching we have distinctions – two words that almost mean the same thing.

Coaching Distinctions: Envisioning versus Expecting

Screen Shot 2015-04-26 at 8.08.27 AMEnvisioning is a deliberate act versus expecting a passive act.

Envisioning is seeking accomplishment versus anticipating accomplishment.

LESSON TWO – Envision!

Envisioning is more active than expecting, although both may be present.

Expectation is the attitude of waiting for something about which we have minimum control.

Envisioning is more active and is about truly seeking your goal. The more crystal clear your vision, the greater likelihood of attaining exactly what you want!

There are only three rules of the Law of Attraction. Know what you desire. Give your desire attention. Allow it to happen. If you are not expecting it you are not allowing it. Step it up and envision your best life ever…starting with your best summer! Here to help you attract what you need to be happy and healthy!

What have you asked for and received? What have you attracted in your life? We can’t wait to hear!
