Kim and Michael Jinks are recreating their lives. They are busy attending the University of Phoenix. They will be graduating in May of 2014, Kim with a Human Services Degree and Mike with a Business Degree. Kim’s goal has been to walk across the stage holding Michael’s hand as they receive their diplomas.
Health has been a family focus. Kim purchased the 5 Ingredients for Healthy Living Cookbook .
“We love that the cookbook and recipes are so easy!! For the most part they are things you can easily buy or already have on hand. They are just simple and with a busy family with two of us in college and working full time and kids that play hockey and baseball, it is nice to have simple and not be eating out! We hate when recipes call for things that we don’t normally have on hand or have a long list of ingredients. If it looks complicated then we are too tired to even attempt it.”
I love my life! I have a passion and a purpose to share my recipe for health and happiness with RDNs and others – maybe even more so now that I’ve officially retired.
