I didn’t make any resolutions this year, and most often, don’t. I decided in August/September to start losing weight. There were several motivators: to feel and look better, impending surgery and to not begin on January 1. I did this purposely so it wouldn’t feel like a resolution. I’ve lost about 11 pounds so far and feel like a new woman. Chere inspires me every month with her e-zine. Thanks Chere!
